Coach Zach has been coaching and competing in the sport of weightlifting for over 15 years now. In that time he has qualified for and competed at two World Weightlifting Championships, made it to the Olympic Trials, coached multiple local, national level, and international qualifying athletes, and earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in the exercise science field. It is Zach’s persistence on reaching for something better that has helped form his philosophy on physical development. Whether it’s rehabbing clients from injuries to get them back to being pain free and more physically active or teaching youths the basics of weightlifting, Zach spends countless hours each week helping improve people’s lives. His main passion now is Youth Weightlifting, but he is always up for a challenge in helping a client reach a new peak or in his own personal goals.
